Waiting on your order?
We have just moved to a new premises and taken delivery of top up stock from Italy. Due to adverse whether conditions earlier this week (10th) we are behind with packing orders and checking in stock. The good is that we are working through your orders and expect them to be with you before Christmas. You can track your order via ViewPort and you'll receive a link as soon as your order is being handle by one of the team.
If you ordered your socks on pre-order. Good news, you're socks have been secured and they're still on there way. The stock has been checked in by us and we are slowly working through orders.
Why is my delivery taking so long?
As a small company we are experiencing unusually high levels of orders. We have also been hit by adverse whether conditions, and moved premises. The good news is that we expect to have all back orders cleared in the next couple of days so you get your delivery before Christmas. Thank you for your patience.
We are in the process of moving to a new warehouse to improve the customer experience and to prevent delays in getting socks in the future. Please bare with us while we do this we're a small team.
