Returns Policy

Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in their original condition with original tags attached. Socks that have been worn, used, removed from their packaging or damaged will not be accepted. 
  • Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honoured if the label has not been removed. 
  • Made to Order or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Due to the intimate nature of socks, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath. 
  • Items purchased at a Bissini outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Bissini.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase. 

We do not offer gift vouchers or gift cards on a sale and return basis.

Returns Process

Before returning your items please contact us with details of your return. If you do not contact us before hand, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

  1. Your confirmation order will contain tracking link to 'Control Port', click the link to reach the returns portal and click ‘Return my Order’ button.
  2. Click the ‘Complete’ button and follow the instructions on screen to print your returns slip.
  3. Place your printed returns slip inside the box before packaging it up ready to send back to us.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase and can take up to 7 works days.
